In order to make positive choices you have to be motivated, have confidence, support and encouragement. It is more a state of mind. You have to care about yourself before you can begin to even think about making life changes.
I completely agree with with this. There is far too much inequality in this country, on every level. Tackling health issues is not as easy as saying it's a choice, it's much deeper than that.
