Also warned there was little evidence the devices help cigarette smokers quit. WHO issued its strongest warning about vaping to date during Q&A on Twitter. Public Health England stands by claim they are 95% safer than regular cigarettes.

If it was that dangerous it would be banned but there is too much money at risk to ban it.

Looks like the responses to those posts try to provide a counter-argument, some w/ evidence

WHO are being made to look fools, it is accepted by the majority of the medical profession now that Ecigs 95% safer than cigs and are an aid to quitting. Only drug companies and tobacco industry want to see Ecigs regulated both are losing Billions. How much have they given WHO

'STOP vaping now! Smoke cigarettes instead so the government can rake in more tax money'

This is a warning for people who haven't ever been smokers rather than smokers who have turned to vaping. The evidence still suggests it's better than smoking ciggies.
