Kate Middleton is on a break from public duties as she continues on her road to recovery following her cancer diagnosis. In an update earlier this week, Prince William offered a rare insight into the Princess of Wales' wellbeing on a visit to Newcastle on Tuesday.
We previously reported about a women who had tried the diet that the Princess of Wales swears by to keep in shape as well as fuelled for her very busy schedule - and she said that it worked! A nutritionist from BarBend suggested that the breakfast food will "keep Kate filled up and with enough fuel to attend royal events, exercise and run after her three children". They added that oatmeal, or porridge, is not only "a delicious breakfast food, but also very filling," and it promotes weight loss.
Andrea Blazquez has written about her slimming experiment, sharing what she ate every morning every day. After six days, the reporter lost 300g - nearly one pound - saying the oats kept her fuller for longer "which prevented snacking between meals".
