Wishaw Family Learning Centre received a glowing report following the recent visit with the nursery being graded at level 5 - which is ‘very good’ across all themes.

The centre’s acting head Claire McCormack said: “Our children confidently welcomed the inspector, Kara, and showcased their learning and our families and visiting services highlighted their strong partnership with the centre.Get all the news from your area – as well as features, entertainment, sport and the latest on Lanarkshire ’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic – straight to your fingertips, 24/7.

“We are looking forward to continued fun, play and learning while we strengthen our service over the coming years.” There was also praise for the high quality materials and well designed play spaces which ensured children had access to high quality play and learning experiences.
