a chronic health condition, but during the assessment I had mentioned that the day before I’d been drinking alcohol, socially. I shouldn’t drink with my condition, and I’ve not touched a drop since this incident. Anyway long story short a safeguarding referral was put through by the nurse. I have two children, 4 & 7. One with additional needs. The next day I had a call from a lovely nurse who was amazing.
There is a long waiting list with early help at the moment. It might be best if you can contact early help yourself and ask on the progress. Has a assessment to find out what support is needed been done yet? Or have they just offered it you. You may find that it's the school that may do it. You have a supportive family and husband... People who are there to support you and your children... So you are not on your own, the kids have a loving family unit and lots of support..if this is correct then why would they take them away? Many mums have issues with anxiety or other mental health challenges and their children don't get taken away xxx
