Wife's 'hair shaved off by husband' after she refused to dance for his friends

A man has appeared in court accused of attacking his wife, stripping her naked and beating her with a pole before shaving her head, after she posted a video of herself crying online.

Asma Aziz and her husband Mian Faisal before the alleged attack – he says he wants time to tell his side of the story She said Faisal had frequently forced her to dance for his friends previously, but this time she said no. Asma also alleges that when she went to police, officers refused to register her claim because she could not pay a bribe, saying on camera she felt her only option was to ask the public for help.Police detained Mian Faisal and his employee Rashid Ali after the allegations were made

In her statement she said: ‘My husband brought two of his friends over to our house and asked me to drink alcohol and dance for them.She alleges that three of her husband’s employees were present at their house at the time.
