The Dutch justice system is cutting jail populations by offering specialist rehabilitation to people with mental illnesses

We have more crazy violent people outside than inside , don’t pretend this is a good soliton . Prisons have been closed due to shortcuts.

those rehabilitation programmes are awful. so called therapists are too young, inexperienced and gullible.
