Reasons why the change of advice: 1. There weren't enough masks for medics, so WHO did not want to promote their use for public. 2. A lot of people won't use masks properly & therefore they won't be as effective as they should be. BUT - they are our best hope til we get a vaccine

As COVID19 is found in water droplets released from our mouths, it’s about time. As for those who “won’t wear a mask”, please explain the rationale? In Asian countries it’s common, and here in Taiwan is mandatory and we have had 442 cases (52 domestic), and never shut down.
