Premier League needs to update and bar human-rights abusers, says AmnestyThe Premier League must change its rules to prevent human-rights abusers from taking control of clubs, Amnesty International has said Sympathetic to everything Amnesty International stand for, but that is not NUFC fault, or the fans fault.
