Coldplay, HAIM and Jorja Smith are just some of the names playing Glastonbury's live-streamed event, Live At Worthy Farm...

After a summer without glitter and live music, nothing seems more appealing than spending a weekend in a tent . Thankfully, over the past few weeks, we have been given a glimmer of hope that festivals might be happening, as the government aims to get rid of all social distancing by June 21.Unfortunately, festival fans were devastated earlier this year when it was announced that Glastonbury was off the cards.

And there are other festival options, hoping to happen in real life. Reading and Leeds bosses are 'very confident' this years event will go ahead - R&L usually happens over August Bank Holiday weekend - with a line-up which includes Lewis Capaldi, Stormzy and Doja Cat. Though the organisers have said it's likely attendees will need to have a 'vaccine passport'.

Latitude and Wireless have also announced they hope to happen in July. Manchester's Parklike is scheduled for September, along with London's The Mighty Hoopla. And Pride is set to happen in London on June 26. Creamfields is also hoping to happen in August. And Isle of Wight has pushed it's dates back to September, too. However, BST in Hyde Park has been cancelled, with the dates being pushed back to 2022.

Mel B sent the internet into a tailspin in January when she seemed to announce that Glastonbury 2021 had been cancelled while she was speaking on 5Live. Quickly, headlines ran that the festival wasn't happening this year - which lead festival co-organiser Emily Eavis to rebuke Scary Spice's claims on Twitter. Replying to a fan, she wrote: 'Nope, no news this end. Will let you know right here as soon as there is news.' But, days later, Glastonbury was officially cancelled.
