Last orders must be called at 10pm, but people will have an extra hour to finish their food and drink. Rules on households mixing apply when going to the pub in tier two areas. Punters will only be able to dine with people they live with or are in a bubble with indoors, but can sit with people from different households outside under the rule of six.Pubs, bars and restaurants can stay open until 11pm with a 10pm last orders in tier one, and the substantial meal rule does not apply when serving alcohol.
