Coronavirus crisis sparks fears polling day this November may be historically impacted

While Democratic candidates have often sat in favour of postponing polling days until after stay-at-home orders, Republicans have usually pushed back against these attempts and in some cases have overruled decisions to ensure the elections go ahead.There has been much debate as to whether it will be possible for the election to go ahead solely by mail and absentee ballots.
