A wheelchair-bound Scots schoolboy has taken it upon himself to sort the dog poo nightmare in his local area after getting the muck all over his walking aids while out and about. Along with his mum Stephanie and dad Graham, Archie Anderson has placed plastic bottles filled with disposal bags in the local parks. The five-year-old from Cumbernauld wanted to help the community while solving a problem affecting residents trying to enjoy local wildlife without encountering faeces.
The mum aged 31, told Glasgow Live: "There’s dog poo everywhere. It’s all over the paths and outside our door, it's horrendous. "People let their dogs do the toilet and don’t pick it up which is so frustrating. We are constantly having to clean wheelchair wheels and shoes. "Archie can walk with the frame and sometimes steps into it which is a nightmare. It’s horrible taking your kids to the park and stepping in poo. "Just bring poo bags and pick up after your dogs, it doesn’t need to be a big expens
