The government will slash the taxes we pay on imports in the event of a no-deal Brexit

The government has announced that tariffs would be slashed to zero on 87% of imports should Britain crash out of the EU without a deal, while keeping higher border taxes on some sensitive products.Tariffs are border taxes charged on foreign imports. Importers pay them upon entry to the customs agency of the country or bloc imposing them – in Britain’s case HM Revenue & Customs.

In a capitalist society, tariffs mean we (the general public) pay more, no tarrifs on the other hand mean we (the general public) pay more

This Brexit thing is based on mostly false facts spread by far right & alt right clowns. How is this investigation going & why didn't they speak of this in the House?🤔

Two weeks away from withdrawal people are starting to learn what Brexit actually means and entails... Smh.

Seriously? Do people genuinely not know what tariffs are? Good grief.....

If your readers need a lesson in tariffs and voted for Brexit they should not have been allowed to vote.
