We tried Leeds' 'best street food' in Zaap Thai

Leeds Live readers crowned Zaap Thai Street Food as the best street venue throughout the city. So we had to try it out to see if it had earned that lofty title.

It is an expensive place to order from and prices don't seem to be reduced for takeaway orders. You couldn't even order a cheap can of pop with your order. The only options were tiny bottles which came to almost £3 - I decided to go for a can of coconut water instead . So with the hefty price tags, I was really hoping for some top tier street food.

The Gai Satay was superb. The chicken skewers had a nice thick chunk of meat on them, the sauce was thick and there was more than enough to cover each skewer. Plus the presentation was really pleasing, the chicken had a lovely orange glaze.
