‘We're still waiting’: schools lack free laptops pledged for poorer GCSE pupils

Headteachers fear the government’s promise to deliver laptops to disadvantaged teenagers will not be fulfilled as the majority said this weekend they had still received none.

My husband is an education welfare officer and personally delivered the laptops to schools in our area just this week.
