Alyssiya said, “Taiko no Tatsujin: the drum master was a very surprising addition to Gamepass back in January, but I feel it may have been overlooked for the TA playlists due to it being quite different in comparison to other nominated games within the last year. Part of a very popular series, Taiko is a rhythm-based music game where the player takes control of a drum in order to obtain high scores whilst actively keeping in time with the rhythm of the song.

Taiko no Tatsujin is an easy-to-pick-up rhythm game where you must play a Taiko drum along to a fair selection of songs. A series of Red and blue circular symbols move from right to left along a 'conveyor belt' towards a circle. When they reach the circle, you press one of two buttons and will get points based on how perfectly you hit the note in time with the beat of the song, a classic rhythm game.

Taiko no Tatsujin currently has a TA user rating of 3.84 out of 5.00. More than 54,000 users have played the game so far, with over 800 unlocking all the game’s 89 achievements. At an estimated 60-80 hours for the completion, this is one of the longer games on this month’s list, but we have a handy littleon-site to guide you towards the quickest path to completion. It’s also available on Xbox and PC Game Pass.
