Virgin Media O2 says it has completed an upgrade enabling gigabit speeds at all 15.5 million homes on its network.
But Virgin had an easier time of it than other broadband providers, as it updated its systems to provide better performance on its existing wires. Customers must pay more for access to the highest-speed packages, with full gigabit speeds costing at least £62 a month.
virginmedia Why am I having tether from my mobile? Ooo yes as your speeds are shocking and the HUB 4 can NOT handle the devices connected, My Mobile phone can! What a shocking service, sorry non-service.
Has April fools day come early Your service is terrible, tv and broadband, we all have to use our own data on our phones it's that bad, I'll be looking at another broadband supplier when it comes to the end of my contract unless it gets better
virginmedia first focus your investments improving existing broadband lines and your customer support
virginmedia Also side note most people do not need gigabits internet in most scenarios even 10 meg is enough far more important to have low latency and a reliable connection
virginmedia Fantastic be good if your latency/ping were available and not offline for over 4 hours per night to use it!!!! Shite company
And it’s pricing is all over priced unless you have a package deal & there hubs are crap & they sniff your packets harder than a MP sniffing a empty cocaine packet
Our virgin broadband doesn’t even reach upstairs.
