Virgin internet has stopped working, users say

Customers said they were unable to get online, apparently as a result of problems with the network., which informs them of the status of any outage, though some said they were unable to get to that site too.According to DownDetector, the issue appeared to begin at 08:00, with a spike at around 13:00.
