Venezuela's Juan Guaido summoned by prosecutors over 'attempted coup d'etat and attempted ASSASSINATION'

Summons follows an investigation into the seizure of a weapons cache. Announcement comes on the same day as the U.S lays out power sharing plans. On Sunday, Guaido also called for power sharing to fight coronavirus outbreak.
