Russian military officials arrive in Venezuela to discuss 'training and strategy'Russia-flagged cargo plane and airliner spotted at Caracas airport as Moscow boosts under-pressure Maduro regime Let the installation begin Good to see. American greed, given the almighty oil reserves, would decimate Venezuelan society for generations. If something can be done to reign in Maduro, the population just might benefit more than they would being used as a money tap by their domineering Northern neighbors.
