Utah governor signs bill that BLOCKS porn on cell phones sold in state

The bill will force mobile devices sold in the state to block pornography. The American Civil Liberties Union of Utah believes the law is unconstitutional.

This is a great idea. UK used to have decently laws. Preventing porn and sordid publications. But stonewall types closed that down as a way of modernising us. Now there rapes murder and porn is rife. So UK is well and truly modernised
