BREAKING: US has 70% over age 30 vaccinated but will miss Joe Biden’s July 4 goal for all adults

Adults ages 30 and up have reached President Joe Biden’s goal of 70% with at least one Covid-19 vaccine, the US will miss the 70% for all adults ages 18 and over

Based on estimates, Americans ages 27 and over will hit Biden’s 70% target for vaccinations by July 4, White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator Jeff Zients said during a news briefing on Tuesday. ‘We think it will take a few extra weeks to get to 70% of all adults with at least one shot, with the 18- to 26-year-olds factored in,’ he said.
