Police have launched an urgent hunt to find a teenager who went missing after potentially suffering a head injury when he fell off his bike.
Witnesses said they saw someone fitting Noah’s description fall off his bike on Sunday evening and a short time later he was seen cycling while naked. The schoolboy was on a black Apollo mountain bike wearing a khaki green North Face jacket, a tie-dye light blue/navy hoody, grey sweat shorts with an emblem on one leg and a khaki rucksack.
