Measures to contain spread of coronavirus include electronic tagging and potential recall

Up to 4,000 prisoners in England and Wales are to be temporarily released from jail in an effort to try and control the spread of coronavirus, the government has announced.

A useful read for those advocating this action locally. These UK prisoners are low risk; being released temporarily and have tracking devices installed on their person. The merits are practical but it would need to be done responsibly. Most lock up inmates are not axe murderers.

Why? Surely they are safer in than out.

Boris ir out of his mind 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️🙆‍♀️ can this country cope with another 4000 low life’s on the street ? Can NHS cope to tear them ? Leave them where they belong , behind the bars. And If they catch it - it’s to tuff.
