Some high enforcement needs to be put in play at Dover and Calais, Folkestone, sandwich, ramsgate, Margate, Deal etc around that area of London.

Currently the Dublin agreement contradicts international law on refugees, so even after Brexit in February 2021 with or without a Dublin style agreement in place it will not be possible for UK to remove asylum seekers crossing the channel who reach the UK via other EU countries.
