The foreign secretary has announced the UK will send 24 ambulances to Ukraine, while on a visit to the country.
Mr Cleverly said the UK stands "shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine" and that Russia's attack "will fail". It will include £3m in funding to help with the rebuilding of infrastructure, such as schools and shelters, that has been destroyed since the start of the war.
They will probably arrive there quicker than one going to a house of an heart attack victim in the UK.
So we are sending 24 ambulances,then NHS next year will need 5 and there won't be any money for them.I think someone isn't doing the maths,not saying they don't need them but come on its the UK put us first !

My next door neighbour is a single mum. Her little boy (3) took ill and she was panicking because they could get an ambulance to her straight away. So I drove her car and dropped them at A&E at 17:30. I picked them up to come home at 22:50 This country is a shitshow!

Just so people are aware, the ambulances being sent are those at the end of their service life (approx 5 years) which have already been replaced. The delays with ambulances is primarily due to A&E overcrowding, not the number of ambulances available.
