BREAKING: UK records another spike in cases as 14,542 people test positive

The UK has seen another spike in cases, with 14,542 people recorded as testing positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours.

It comes after a blunder that saw 16,000 cases ‘lost’ from the test and trace system. The total number of UK cases now stands at 530,113 while the death tolls stands at 42,369 after another 19 people died. The race is on to trace thousands of contacts of the positive cases which missed from earlier data and have made daily case numbers over the past few days appear artificially high. However, the updated data means that case numbers have been rising far more steeply than previously thought. Some 2,428 patients are in hospital, with 393 on ventilator beds, according to the latest available figures. The seven-day rolling average for patients admitted to hospitals stands at 496.

It comes as NHS England said a further 50 people who tested positive for coronavirus died in hospital in the country, bringing the total number of confirmed deaths reported in hospitals to 30,176 on Monday.Patients were aged between 42 and 96 years old. All but four patients, aged 76, 80, 82 and 92, had underlying health conditions.Seven other deaths were reported with no positive Covid-19 test result.

Lockdowns cripple the economy, created huge unemployment & debt to be paid for by children & grandchildren. They haven't saved lives. They spread out the deaths. That's a double whammy for the Young & Healthy. Jobless & Huge Debt For a disease with little/no impact on 99.06%.

In breach of Declaration of Helsinki 1964 'interest of science & society should never take precedence over considerations related to the well-being of the subject', our youth have been lured into being used as a huge set of guinea pigs to gather more info on Covid-19 via sch/uni.

igeldard What a pile of crap (just my learned opinion) 😁

Without the correlation of deaths you can test people for dandruff as far as I'm concerned.

Is this from sheet one or sheet two?
