Deaths are staying pretty low in comparison with previous waves. Yes longcovid is another factor - i have had it for 1 year now, but vaccines have improved symptoms massively. Waiting to see if Influenza plays a part in stats this season.

sidlowe On a recent trip to London I was shocked at how few people wore masks on transport, in stores etc. Where I live in Athens Greece it is very rare to see anyone without a mask at an indoors venue. Can only see a hard winter ahead in the UK sadly
