Tyson Fury has appeared to blame the war in Ukraine for his loss to Oleksandr Usyk in their undisputed world heavyweight title.
The fight was scored 115-112, 113-114 and 114-113 in Usyk's favour when the final bell rang. Speaking after the defeat, Fury disagreed with the decision and gave a bizarre excuse for his defeat. "I believe I won that fight, I think he won a few of those rounds but I won the majority of them," he said.
TNT Sports also reported Fury's wish to come visit Ukraine before their official decision was announced. "It’s a great time and a great day. Without it’s not possible, it’s not for my win, it’s win for my God and a lot of people who support me and my country Ukraine.
