At least two people were injured when a police officer responding to a report of a street race plowed his car through a crowd of pedestrians who were pounding on the car’s windows in downtown Tacoma on Saturday night, officials said.
Both parties made mistakes. The protesters shouldn't be there. It's covid. They shouldn't have boxed him in and shouldn't have tried bashing in the windows. That's asking for trouble. The officer shouldn't have driven into the crowd at that speed. The vid shocked me.
THis subscribes to the myth that the USA promulgates about itself . That we are all enamoured about it as 'leader of the free world' this is dismal syncophancy

This is 30 miles from where I live. And it is utterly appalling.
