Two first-half penalties set Manchester United on their way to an unconvincing victory over Everton at Old Trafford.

Erik ten Hag's side were careless in possession in the first half but took the lead through Bruno Fernandes' penalty after James Tarkowski caught Alejandro Garnacho inside the area.

Referee Simon Hooper pointed to the spot again when Garnacho was tripped by Ben Godfrey, and Marcus Rashford sent Jordan Pickford the wrong day to double the hosts' advantage.Rate players out of 10 throughout or after the game.
