Two boats crash in Great Yarmouth 'with woman thrown in water'

A WOMAN has today been thrown into a river after two boats collided, according to reports.

Emergency services rushed to the scene on the River Bure in Great Yarmouth and have declared a "very serious incident".HM Coastguard patrol officers, four fire engines, four ambulances, divers, police and an RNLI lifeboat rushed to the scene at around 1.30pm.two vessels collided near Great Yarmouth Yacht Station and emergeny services described it as a "very serious" crash.

The Broads Authority tweeted: "Due to an ongoing incident on the River Bure at Great Yarmouth, the river between Breydon Water and Stracey Arms is closed until further notice."
