Latonya Clark and her brother are lucky to be alive after a turtle crashed through their windshield in Savannah, Georgia. Latonya Lark was out running errands with her brother Kevin Grant on May 12 in Savannah, Georgia when the reptile came crashing through their windshield while they were traveling northbound on Harry S Truman Parkway.
The pair was left covered in shattered glass and shocked after the reptile slammed into their vehicle. Lark said she believes the turned somehow was sent flying toward their car from a vehicle in front of them that hit the reptile on the road. ‘Even the police officer said if that glass wasn’t as thick as it was and I didn’t slow down the way I did when I saw the object coming, it would have been disastrous,’ Lark said.
