Donald Trump and his coronavirus taskforce have unveiled a set of federal guidelines for reopening the economy, which comprise three phases but ultimately defer to governors on when and how to return their states to normal.
Divide and rule in action here. Leave it to the individual states to make the decision, take the economic benefit but risk the population. Something tells me no democrat states will reopen, most Republican states will and a few defy Trump and stay locked down.
