So sad. Saw them when I was 16–one of the best shows I’ve ever seen live.

Don't let wossy read the news headline, just sayin....

What an era of music

😔 RIP Ranking Roger

😔

In theory, the British protests should not be in a piece. 1. Regret, should go to the palace, 2. The opposition should go to the Prime Minister's Office, 3. agree that the party should go to the EU headquarters.

None of the Ranking Roger substitutes currently playing with Dave Wakeling’s “The English Beat” on tour mostly in the US match up to the man. RIP.

2-Tone was a record label. Ska was the music genre and The Beat wasn’t on 2-Tone. They were on the Go Feet label. M x

Remember it well in my late school days .

Were the 1922 committee singing 'Stand down Theresa Stand Down Please' in tribute?

The music from my youth ,great band

Until today I had never heard of him,and having heard this snippet of his work I don't think I have missed anything.

Roger over and out.
