A TRANSGENDER woman who sued beauticians for refusing to wax her testicles has lost her human rights lawsuit.
She claimed the women were discriminating against her "based on gender identity and gender expression". The human rights tribunal ruled in favour of the beauticians, who come from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
