Fair enough, she crossed the line of human decency

Given the serious attitude & misconduct issues recent graduates have displayed (cf Hatchetts, civil service), it would seem sensible to reintroduce lengthy probationary periods for appointees, even 2/3 years, & FT contracts. Otherwise these processes waste too much time/resources

I’m glad KPMG won, playing the race card is disappointing when it was clearly the complainants competences at wrong

I see a lot of snowflakes being sacked in the near future when they graduate & find they can't accuse the boss of 'mansplaining', destroy statues of company's founders, enforce them to employ 50% men/women in every department, promote all BAME ppl, make gender-neutral loos etc.🤣

Outstanding.

The story from Venezuela is that the existing gold reserves were being sent to Cuba. Is Maduro looking to use the reserves from the BoE to feed the hungry or to sustain his totalitarian regime? Maybe we are morally correct to withhold them? Britain taking gold from other countries?
