Motorists attempting to get through a village in Lancashire are experiencing delays of up to an hour and a half as queues build due to the Garstang Agricultural Show.
The Garstang Agricultural Show takes place today on the Off Green Lane East in Garstang. Congestion has built to the B6430 Garstang Road through Bowgreave, Bonds and Garstang. One frustrated motorist who got out of his vehicle to move traffic cones to help vehicles get by on Croston Road said: “There are queues everywhere and people are getting annoyed and impatient especially at the crossroads and are going through red lights and just completely blocking the road for everyone else. It’s chaos.
