You will get a larger and larger class that feels unconnected to the society.

They don't need these planning reforms to do that as they already aren't building affordable houses. We should be more worried that they'll be able to turn offices into flats that you literally can't swing a cat in and will have no safety standards.

Tory need to end Right To Buy scheme. It served its purpose made loads of ppl home owners, others became rich, time to end the scheme.

They haven't built any affordable housing so it's not going to affect it at all.

I thought it was a good idea to see builders build a percentage of affordable housing within the area they build for sale.

They are moving the kick- in amount from 11 up to a minimum of 40. That means you can build 39 new houses and not one of them is affordable.

Is not question of affordable prices is the wages that are too low .when you work the whole month for £1400 is not easy . We should earn at least like USA ,Australia etc .. and change the tax system ! why someone earning 20k is on the same bracket of 40k .

What do BorisJohnson, and his Tory lackeys, care about those who cannot afford a mansion? A home is one of life's main necessities; it should be a Human Right!
