'But HMCTS are required to provide a safe working environment for everyone who attends court and all court users are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. The decision comes after lawyers threatened to boycott the same court after up to five security guards allegedly pinned down a black solicitor and ignored his pleas that he could not breathe.
