The top Covid symptoms to look for now as sore throat no longer most common sign

Covid infections in the UK have jumped 31 per cent in 10 days, according to the latest data, with most of the country now seeing a steady increase in virus levels. Experts are warning that the rise is particularly notable among the elderly population.

Early on in the pandemic, people were urged to look out for a fever and a loss of smell and taste. But as new variants have emerged, the telltale signs of infection have shifted. Here are the symptoms you should be looking out for. According to the Zoe study, people who have been vaccinated and then test positive for Covid are more likely to report sneezing as a symptom compared to those without a jab.

And straight to the comments 🤣

They've all been jabbed. What else can they all possibly do? Can we just go back to having colds and feeling a bit rough? It's allowed And funny how positive tests rise after every jab rollout 🤣 Is it time to admit the jabs are about as much use as a real foot on a wooden leg?

Yawn

Only the jabbed getting it and keeping it going

Could it be that the over 70s have just had their fifth jab?
