If you're looking for something fun to take your family to this spring, then there's a huge celebration not too far from Glasgow set to take place in April.
The Kelpies 10th anniversary event is set to celebrate Falkirk’s heritage, with many Clydesdale horses from across the country appearing to mark the breed’s significant contribution to Scotland’s agricultural and industrial heritage and the inspiration behind sculptor Andy Scott’s creation.READ MORE: Glasgow's much loved The Laurieston pub sold as buyer confirms bar will remain the same
Throughout the day, visitors can expect street theatre, circus performers, artists, face painting, community stalls, a local producers’ market, Folk tales and songs from renowned Scottish storyteller James MacDonald Reid, a Clydesdale demo ring where the horses will demonstrate traditional skills, and a Unicorn Dance Party.
