Blair removed Labour's commitment to nationalisations, weakened trade union influence in the party, committed to the free market & the EU, opened up to the middle-class & centrists, gained media support & had charisma. He won. Corbyn did the opposite. He lost. Do the maths! QED.
Considering Tony Blair's track record, Labour should listen to him: He became the UK's youngest PM since 1812, remains Labour's longest-serving occupant of the office (10 years) and won 3 elections. Like him or not, he knows how to win and has valid points.

It’s simple. Rid the party of Momentum and Corbynism and get realistic. Not identity politics, just clear, centre left politics. Anything else will end up with defeat after defeat.

Tony has earned his right to speak, whether people listen is their prerogative but it is at their peril. What he says has real value. No one is asking for return of New Labour, not even Tony. He is arguing for sensible innovative centre left policies framed in a changing world.
