I prefer to keep tomatoes out of the fridge, as they lose flavour when they are cold.
Well if they're EU tomatoes they don't have any taste anyways.
I dont think anyone ever took notice of what the snobs say. I store my food how I was taught to by my mother and her mother and so on. Never had a dose of food poisoning and I've only had one sick day off work in the past 3 yrs.
