Titanic sub CEO who died in disaster 'ignored eerie unsinkable warning'

The CEO of OceanGate, who died alongside four other passengers during a voyage to the Titanic wreck, allegedly ignored repeated warnings regarding the safety of the submersible.

"Until a sub is classed, tested and proven it should not be used for commercial deep dive operations," he said in one email. "At some point, you're going to take some risk, and it really is a risk-reward question. I think I can do this just as safely while breaking the rules.", he added at 17 minutes in to the episode.
