Tina Malone avoids jail after sharing image of James Bulger killer Jon Venables

Malone's barrister, Adam Speker, told the High Court on Wednesday that, on reflection after giving evidence, the 56-year-old accepted that she was in breach of the injunction.The Shameless star had previously told the court she was not aware that she was doing anything wrong when she shared the post.The pair were only 10 years old when they murdered two-year-old James after snatching him from a Merseyside shopping centre in February 1993.

Malone was accused of retweeting an image of Venables last year and police launched an investigation.Malone wrote on Facebook:"I need a lawyer asap!!! Iv been committed to the high court!!!" In a seperate post, she wrote:"Iv had a wonderful day till I opened my front door 5mins ago!!! The high court have served me!!"

Why should scum like this be protected . This what’s wrong with this country . Too busy pissing about with Brexit . Not looking at major problems with knife crime etc . Prosecuting someone who is doing a decent thing . Joke !! He’s living off our taxes aswell . 🖕

Tina Malone was doing her public duty by sharing and exposing vile Venables. A few thousand more people should have joined with her with that and we could have all gone to prison in an effort to finally get some justice for James. Well done Tina for showing some moral fibre.
