Twins aged 14 and a 16-year-old friend, have been spared being locked up after attacking the two youngsters causing permanent disfigurement.

Three young thugs who brutally attacked two boys on a bus after tracking them on Snapchat have been spared being locked up.

The victims - aged 13 and 14 - were stabbed, punched, kicked and stamped upon on a number 5 First Bus in Glasgow's Gorbals on October 4 2020.The attackers yesterday returned to the High Court in Glasgow. "The CCTV was disturbing. Despite expressions of remorse, I am not convinced they are genuine, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt."Addressing the trio - in particular the older of the three - she concluded: "You were on the cusp of going to jail. If you do not co-operate and take this chance, you are going to end up in jail for a long time.The identity of any of the boys can not be revealed due to their ages.

The three attackers were among a group who then got on in the Gorbals area without paying. Those three are a complete and utter waste of space. They should have been given custodial sentences and sent somewhere

Absolutely shocking, their parents should be hauled up before a Judge and sentenced

So , I guess their victims don’t matter . You can’t really blame the victims parents if they dispensed their own justice here as the courts have failed their kids .
