Did you know that two thirds of our bodies are made up of water? And good hydration plays a huge role in better digestion, heart health, temperature control and in making our brains perform at their optimum, so it's high time we paid attention to our H20 intake.You may have read that everyone should drink two litres a day as standard but the truth is - everyone's different.

So how much water should we be drinking each day? We've asked a roster of experts to debunk exactly that, as well as why it's so important and some handy hacks for upping your intake.
