This is all that remains of a former Nottingham restaurant after its recent demolition. Frankie & Benny's used to be located at the site opposite Showcase Cinema, off Redfield Way.
According to property company Savills the restaurant was up for an annual rent of £40,000. It has since been sold. There is no hint of what could be happening in the future. No planning application for any new build has been submitted to Nottingham City Council at this stage.
